Hi! My name is Lindsey Pelfrey and I am a momma, wife and huge advocate of men and women alike chasing their fitness goals and prioritizing a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
I am a former Division I collegiate soccer player. Prior to that, growing up I was a gymnast for 12years. I have been through 4 torn ACL injuries, I have torn my quad and hamstring and every time I have battled back better and stronger than before.
Everyday is an opportunity to either crumble under the stresses and strains of life, or take hold of them and become even STRONGER.
The choice is yours.
I offer 1-ON-1 online customized coaching programs for my clients. I am dedicated to coming along side each and everyone of you and providing a comprehensive approach to fitness, health and wellness, and lifestyle well-being. There are so many coaches out there doing amazing things, and I would be honored to be the one you choose to join you in your own journey.
I also offer specific targeted muscle workouts. Want to train your back specifically? Want to kill your glutes with my favorite go-to exercises?
Then check out my Targeted Muscle Workouts!
I have the honor of partnering with several AMAZING companies that I truly believe in their product, their mission and who they are as a company.
I started bodybuilding in May 2022 and fell in love with the lifestyle of it all. From the detailed programming to the nutritional structure, I knew this was the fitness lifestyle for me. I competed in my first show May 4th, 2024 at the Cincinnati Natural NGA show and won first overall in both Wellness and Figure. On May 11th, 2024, I competed in the Kentucky Natural and once again won first overall in both Wellness and Figure, officially earning my Pro Cards in both divisions as an all natural bodybuilder.
I love MY family, friends and followers on social media, so feel free to follow @flex_and_freckles on Instagram and DM with any questions!
